Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Houseboat

  • 1. Advance amount collected for confirmation will not be refundable on cancellation. The amount collected can be carry forward to your future booking. To avail this facility, cancellation must be informed 2+days prior to your booking date.
  • 2. Cancellation should be intimated through e-mail.
  • 3. Rescheduled date should be informed 7+ days prior to check-in. Amendments possible only as per the rate and availability.
  • 4. If we cancel a booking due to natural calamities, strike or any circumstances beyond our control, bookings can be rescheduled or you are entitled for a full refund. Management will not be liable for the charges incurred for re-arranging your travel plans.
  • 5. Rescheduled booking will not be possible during weekends, holidays and peak dates.
  • 6. Rescheduled booking must occur only after 7 days of your cancelled date.
  • 7. A rescheduled booking can be done from 7th day to 365 day of original booking date.
  • 8. Resheduling criteria will be decided by the houseboat Management only.
  • 9. Once the booking is rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again.
  • 10. It is not possible to change type of boat, number of passengers or number of bedrooms in the rescheduled booking.
  • Villa / Apartments

    Cancellation of the booking by the customer
  • 1. The lead tenant must provide written confirmation of cancellation. The cancellation will come into effect once it is received by us.
  • 2. A cancellation fee will apply as follows:
    56 days prior to arrival - deposit only.
    45-55 days prior to arrival - 50%
    45 days prior to arrival - 100%
  • 3. We reserve the right to reduce the cancellation fee at our sole discretion.
  • 4.Once the refund is initiated, it will be processed in the original mode of payment which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Cancellation of the booking by us
  • 1. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements. If we are unable to find alternative arrangements, we will refund your full payment.
  • 2. We are not liable for the charges incurred for re-arranging your travel plans.
  • Poovar Backwater Cruise

    Motor boat/Shikara boat ( All types of Cruise )
  • 1. Cancellation is not possible on your arrival day, still you can postponed the cruise to some other suitable day without any additional charges.
  • 2. Confirmed booking can be changed only by receiving e-mail or phone from the customer who booked the cruise.
  • 3. Book with Confidence : In case of cancellation One day before your arrival we will refund you the 75% of the full amount.
  • 4. If we cancel a booking due to natural calamities, strike or any circumstances beyond our control, bookings can be rescheduled or you are entitled for a full refund.
