Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 1. Deposit of 25% of total cost required upon confirmation and the deposit is non refundable on cancellation.
- 2. During 1nd Dec – 15th Jan, 25% deposit for confirmation and the balance settlement one month before the arrival. 50% of the total amount will be refunded if the cancellation is informed 7 days prior to the arrival. There is no refund is available if the cancellation is information seven days prior to the arrival.
- 3. In case of natural calamities or strike, bookings can only be rescheduled to a convenient date (not to peak dates) as per the availability. Amount collected can be carry forward to the new booking. Amended date should be informed 7 days prior to check-in. Amendments possible only as per the rate and availability. Cancellation process:
- 1. Send us an e-mail stating booking person’s name, date of travel etc.
- 2.Once the refund is initiated, it will be processed in the original mode of payment which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
- 1. The lead tenant must provide written confirmation of cancellation. The cancellation will come into effect once it is received by us.
- 2. A cancellation fee will apply as follows:
56 days prior to arrival - deposit only.
45-55 days prior to arrival - 50%
45 days prior to arrival - 100% - 3. We reserve the right to reduce the cancellation fee at our sole discretion.
- 4.Once the refund is initiated, it will be processed in the original mode of payment which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. Cancellation of the booking by us
- 1. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements. If we are unable to find alternative arrangements, we will refund your full payment.
- 2. We are not liable for the charges incurred for re-arranging your travel plans.
- 1. Cancellation is not possible on your arrival day, still you can postponed the cruise to some other suitable day without any additional charges.
- 2. Confirmed booking can be changed only by receiving e-mail or phone from the customer who booked the cruise.
- 3. Book with Confidence : In case of cancellation One day before your arrival we will refund you the 75% of the full amount.
